TASHAS MORNINGSIDE A FILTHY DISGRACE!!!!!

I was at your place this morning and ordered a pear juice and a very basic breakfast-2 poached eggs, some mushrooms and freshly cut tomato. The pear juice took about 20 minutes to arrive. The waiter told ne that the breakfast was on its way. I waited another 20 minutes and no breakfast arrived. I went to pay for my pear juice and cancel the breakfast at which stage i was told your credit card machines were not working. What if i never had cash???? More importantly i was charged R78 for the pear choice which i paid in cash but i thoughts this was outrageous!!!!! ON reflection think the waiter at the till deliberately overcharged me because i did not call for the menu to check the price. The entire experience was a dirty disgrace!!!! I have eaten their many times before and have never had such disgraceful service. I actually asked for a second waiter to follow up on my order because the first waiter seemed completely disinterested. Well the second waiter never came back with my breakfast either. It cannot possibly take 50 minutes to make such a simple breakfast no matter how busy you are. It has never happened before. But after this experience i can see there is a major deterioration in you "restaurant" and i will never be back!!! If the price of a pear juice is indeed R78 that is *******!!!
