SGMH Cartridges

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am soo sick of this company, I cant believe they get away with this, February a printer cartridge company phoned, I immediately said I am not interested, but would you please just participate in a survey we are doing, i didnt want to i was busy, but i did then, they asked you how many printers you using, the name and make, after all the questions they have all the details of which printers you using in your pharmacy</p> <p> </p> <p>Also suggested a deal for their cartridges, and that they last wayy longer, i gave it a try and ordered only one cartridge, cartride was delivered</p> <p> </p> <p>a month later a very demanding lady phoned and said i must take a 2nd cartridge cause i signed up for the package of 2 cartrages, I said I do not want another one and I never signed up for a 2nd Cartridge she must send me the proof, or the voice recording of the survey, after a whole day of fighting with this lady that harassed me and threatend me legaly, I told her I will speak to her laywer not to her anymore, </p> <p>they keep on phoning daily, wanting to speak to my partner and when I say he is not available they must speak to me they hang up or pretent to be a customer that want to fax me a detailed letter,,,dont ever receive the faxes</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you also help me to resove the matter like you did with other people</p>
