Tarworks - Bad job & no after sales service

After obtaining 3 quotes to tar a parking area at our business, Tarworks was granted the job. This entailed Ground Preparation, Levelling, Compaction, grass poisoning with Bromacyl & Tack Coat Spray with a 5 year guarantee. Shortly after the job was completed, grass and ****s are pushing through the newly laid tar and are growing at an alarming rate despite the 'poisoning'. After many calls and promises to come and investigate, weeks later some pictures of the problem were taken. Also, when the tarring was done, the tar around the gate motor was done in such a way that the anti-theft bracket cannot be removed, hence the gate motor cannot be accessed for any maintenance. Following this, despite many attempts to successfully get this problem resolved, week after week they keep promising to come and sort it out and never arrive.
