Tarworks -Bad job done and never returns to fix it

I had my back yard tarred at the end of 2014. I was assured that the area would be tarred correctly and all water would flow away from the house and towards the designated garden area. All that happened was that tar was laid down, it rained a few days later and none of the water flowed in the right direction - away from the house.<br> Adding to that, the existing plumbing pipe was inverted from the pushing down on the ground whilst laying the tar - causing all existing drainage to back up in the wrong direction.<br> I then had to get a plumber to come and fix the drainage system, and in doing so he had to dig up some tar and lay a new pipe. Sherman was called about this and came to see the problem. He agreed to come back in January to lay the new tar which had to be dug up as a result of Tarworks not laying down correct drainage and breaking the existing drainage system.<br> After calling him numerous times and always being told that he would come before Saturday every week. he has yet to arrive. He refuses to give a day or a time when he will arrive, and it is clear that Tarworks says that they offer a guarantee on their work, but only offer lies, excuses and failed promises.
