Tartaria International - To be avoided

I ordered a Le Creuset offer advertised on Instagram several months ago and still waiting for the order to arrive. The first order was supposed to have been delivered to an address in Scotland, whereas I live in Southampton. There were numerous promises of replacement orders being shipped but nothing has turned up. Complaints and demands for a refund have fallen on deaf ears. I’ve concluded the whole deal has been a ****. I blame Instagram for not doing proper checks and allowing these companies to rip people off.
