Think twice before you use Tarsus, placed an Order in January for a Laptop. Due to no stock I was informed delivery will only be end of February, came the end of February i got informed sorry now it will move to Mid March, so I said it is fine, now Mid March I get informed that they can no longer provide me an ETA I basically need to tell my client that they need to wait until it comes in one day. I requested a refund to utilize another supplier. Its been a week now and nobody has the decency to even just provide an update on the refund, I need to keep running after them for updates and then nobody knows whats going on. I want my money as you not only making me suffer but also my clients.
