Tarsus/**** Technologies *****s from the little guys

<p>I bought an Ion photo scanner from Tarsus about 6 months ago, it was sold to me as working, but was never working. Tarsus have sent me on a run-around to Skymark that “could” fix it, once Skymark got back to me the techie told me that this unit could not get fixed & needs replacement. I went back to Tarsus who told me that this unit was sold voetstoets and they don’t care about replacing or fixing the unit. Tarsus knew that this unit had an issue, yet they still sold it to me. Very ethical guys, thank you & well done. Just shows how the big guys spit on the little guys. I have sent many mails to Tarsus requesting feedback, all they come back with are rude emails telling me that they don’t care about what I have to say. What is most annoying is that they sold this unit to me and then still sent me to Skymark to get it fixed, knowing that it was un fixable. These guys are a joke with no South African spirit. No care in the world as long as they make money out of it.</p> <p> </p>
