Tarsus give no feedback

bought a 500gb (Seagate)hard drive aprox 1.5 years ago, recently the usb port on the hard drive casing totally came out, since the hd is under warranty I decided to take it to tarsus as I have had a previous hd failure and had good service, the lady at the repairs advised that due to the damage it would void my warranty , but she would check with dion wired and come back to me.<br> alas it is Thursday and am yet to hear any feedback .
