Not satisfied after purchasing of HP DesignJet T2530

My name is Rendani Davhana. I bought a plotter HP DesignJet T2530 from Tarsus for my customer, assisted by Atty Naiker. He promised me and my colleague when he was showing us a plotter that it will come with 300ml size of cartridges. on delivery, printer came with a starter cartridges not 300ml as promised. when i call him to tell him that printer didnt come with cartridges as mentioned. he said he didnt mention it. Now i am in trouble with my customer as i mentioned 300ml on cartridges as promised by Atty. I am too disappointed on him as mislead me that lend me in trouble with client.
