Courier guys can't find address with address provided on parcel and instructions given on phone.

Courier guys can't find an address, They can't read House Number, Complex name, Area or anything other than phone number If it is written on parcel itself. They can't find address even If you give them directions.

I ordered some items from Incredible Connections. It was dispatched by RTT Logistics and Taurus Distribution is responsible for deliveries, I don't know how this things work but I got this info as I was going through to find my parcel status.

Today I got call from Taurus Distribution courier guys he asked what is name of street of my address. I wonder why he is asking If it is written on parcel. But I told him name of street. Then he asked me where is it. I gave him full directions.

But that guys called me 4 more times and repeated same question which he asked me before.

On 6th call he said security is not opening gate as they can't contact to the person at my home. I called my brother at home and confirmed if he got any call from security at the gate. He said he didn't get any call from security.

Then I got 7th call from courier guy said he is in the complex and at outside of my house but no-one is opening the door. I called my brother who was still at home and we were on video call, he showed me on video call that no one is out side the house or near by.

What kind of service you guys are providing to your customers.

My parcel is still not delivered as you can't find my address.
