I had the absolute worst experience dealing with this *******, claimed to professional construction manager/development who came to premises and did a quote on renovation to property. After accepting the quote he did a runner with a deposit of R30 000 eventually after tracking him and after multiple pathetic excuses and 3 months later he put together a pathetic excuse of a balcony that is no where near complete. His one again gone missing! Please be careful if you come across this drunked ******* in Cape Town, Plumstead region.
