Mark Read refuses to refund our money after they've been holding onto it since December 2023 and did not deliver the products we ordered in January. He is holding onto our money and has made empty promises and still, never delivered. It is going onto 4 months that they have intentionally taken our funds with no intention to deliver and refuse to refund.
