TAROMA/AFRISHOPSA NO LONGER PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

We bought 2 Taroma Robi 1 robot vacuum cleaners via Afrishop 2 years ago. Now although the products are reliable, onenofbour vacuum clenera started running in circles. I followed the manial and cleaned all sensors etc to no avail. I then tried to contact Afrishoo/Taroma via phone(081 number as per website) to no avail. Insent whatsapps to the same number not read. Tried to contact through facebook, no response. I tried their support email, and got a simple reply back from Jan, stating that they are exepiencing staff issues and have closed their repair departments till further notice. What baffles me ia that they continuebti advertise their products and not telling the public that they cannot support customers should something need repairs. Since they are not being very honest, I feel it my duty to encourage the public not to support Afrishop/Taroma, and rather spend your money on other more trustworthy names..
