Buyer beware! No after sales service unless you want spares???

We bought one of their Taroma Cyclone 410 cordless vacuum cleaners which was very efficiently and quickly delivered, When it started to give trouble I tried several times to contact them but never got any reply. On inspecting their website I noticed that every item including spares has 5 stars! Every product review has 5 stars! And yet they don't have the decency to reply to any message sent to them via their "Contact US" portal. *****, to say the least.
