Tarmark Couriers **** or not?

We bought pots in Abu Dhabi and arranged with Tarmark Couriers to courier the 5 pots to South Africa. We paid for the courier service in June, the pots were collect in July 2022 and we were told that we will receive our package by the 15 September 2022. When we requested information on the package in September they said there is a delay and the cargo ship is somewhere in Singapore. Up to date we have not received our package. This morning they told us the company that collected the package went Bunkrupt and we need to collect the cargo ourselfs... not even sure how we are suppose to do this? It has been a huge hassle to get to communicate with anyone at Tarmark Couriers. Management is apparently travelling and can not speak to us. So very frustrated. Do not trust them with your parcel.
