Unfinished pool

I contacted the company to install a marbolite pool for me.Things went well in the beginning. He digged the hole and no problem.Problem started when I updated him on the remaining money.I received a second hand pump after complaining about that he made me believe that he will swop the pump as the mistake was from the shop and that he did not noticed it. as he bought 5 pumps at one time.Then they came to install the mosaic tiles at 3pm on Thursday after a promise that he will be here at 8 am they worked till dark and the qaulity of work could tell it was done in the dark. (Still not finished due to not enought tiles)They also drop off 13 bags of Marbolite but got proove where he said there is 18 bags together with other equipment that he bought with first payment.I had plans for the weekend and we agreed that he will be back Monday 28th at 6 am to finish the tiles .Monday morning at 8 I called Innocent the owner to find out what is going on.He did not answer and here I started to worry as he normally answers very fast .We then contact a few pool places to find out if the 13 bags of Marbolite will finish my pool and all of them said we need 22bags.Innocent later send me a message saying waiting for tile place to open.Did not hear anything the whole day again tried to call a few times but no succes. I then send him a voice note that he needs to communicate.I tried to call more than a few times on Tuesday 29th of September.Again no answer but do reply every 3rd or 4th message on W app. This is here I where I noticed that I am going sit with a pool that is not finished and no pump as he promised to bring the pump on Monday 28th .I send him a message (got proove of all messages and call attempts ) he just reply like I mentioned before every now and then with only (OK)I then told him that if he does not communicate or tell me what is going on that I will go to Hello Peter he then rep**** and said he was in accident. I do have a heart and I am really sorry for his lost.I asked him to pay the money for the pump and for the mosaic tiles that short back in order for me to finish my pool.I had R3000 left for him for when the project is completed I had to go and buy more Marbolite and need to pay another contractor now to finish my pool at an extra cost to myself.I just need my pool to be done in with good qaulity finishes .Today is the 13th of October and still no communication from his side the cost is increasing as I will now have to replace the pump as well. I get the feeling that I will have to face the lost take one on the chin.But i also feel that I can worn others not to make the same costy decisions like i did.
