TARGUS "LIFETIME WARRANTY" JOKE

Targus CLAIM to have a "lifetime warranty" on their laptop bags. My bag main zipper broke and the Targus agents AXIZ are refusing to replace the bag without proof of purchase. The bag was purchased a while bag and i cannot even remember where i purchased. I have always had Targus bags and NEVER had an issue with warranty replacements until now.
