Fantastic customer service

I experienced an issue with my Targus laptop backpack. After reporting the issue, Carla Brown (retail support manager) assisted me very promptly and with a great attitude. She was friendly and willing to go the extra mile...five star service. Perhaps this also made me realise why Targus is the best.
