Utter nonsense

I am shocked at the level of professionalism this company has. Your accounts department doesn't respect clients, they all seen to have been trained to disrespect clients, listening s****s are non existent as you ask one question they answer you what they feel like. I call them, they tell you where to get off and drop the phone in your ear while you are still talking.

This company should just close down as these people are inferior to everyone.

I called countless times to find out an amount I owe Which they have handed me over for. Till today I still do not have that amount. I want to send the proof of payment and I am unable to as your staff is holding my information hostage. Please advise how this can be sorted out so I can rid myself of this useless, disrespectful company.
