In 2019 May i went to the Doctor in town He took my blood to the lab, so when my blood arrived the, they called me to inform me that my blood has arrived and they would like to know if they should continue testing my blood , I quickly asked them to not to test my blood because my insurance says they won't be able to pay for it, so the continued with the tests, after two weeks they called me that my blood test are back, I asked cause I explained to you not to continue with testing my blood why have done it, the ladies and she just said they had already taken the blood to test them.from there I never heard from them until in October 2020 calling me through debt collectors from ACPL, SAYING I'M OWING THEM R1087. Question is why did they call me if they knew they were going to take the blood anyway?why Not contact me about about the payment arrangement in due time before taking it to debt collectors?, why contact me after a year since and what was the exact amount I was supposed to pay?
