Pathetic, Rude, *********** People!

In 2021 around May I got sick and the doctor took bloods which he submitted to this Target Laboratory that I've never heard of before. Anyway everything went well and I got the results. Then this year, 2022 early February I get an sms threatening me or legal action that will be taken against me. To say I was shocked and confused is the least, as I couldn't even remember who are these people.

I took it up myself to email and ask who they are, then they explain that I took bloods with them but the medical aid didn't cover everything. So I ask why didn't they inform me about this last year in May after processing payments. I'm not getting answers, I've asked this 3 times now and no one is explaining why I was never informed.

This morning, I get a call from +*** and I tell the lady that I am currently in a meeting and I can't talk. She starts shouting at me, telling me how I MUST pay. I kindly ask her to put the contents of the call in writing as I'm currently busy, she refuses, she continues to shout at me.

To say, I'm outraged and disgusted by this treatment is an understatement. One of the mechanisms on the NCA act are "to promote a fair, transparent, responsible and accessible credit market and industry and TO PROTECT CONSUMER".

According to Debt Collector's Act, you as the credit provider must inform the debtor of their default and give them a chance to pay. I was never informed but now I'm getting threats, why???

I need proof of all the contacts they made to me from May 2021.
