Target Cleaning missed the target.

Target Cleaning Services missed the target completely when it came to service delivery and customer relations.

1. They did not keep to the time promised to complete the service and never communicated a change of plan to me-I had to phone and find out why every time.

2. By the third time they failed to deliver I asked for my carpet back.

3. At that point they claimed the carpet was ready and demanded payment before delivery knowing that I would not want to pay if I saw it- full of sand and grass and the stains looked even worse than before.

4. When I confronted them they claimed the reason for the carpet not being clean is because I wanted it back before it was ready- even though they stated it was ready for delivery.

5. I do not want to send the carpet back to them even though they offered to give it another shot. I do not trust them anymore because they failed several times to communicate and keep their promises.

I do not like to criticise in public and would not have written this review if they just let me know why it is taking longer than promised.

Instead they did not phone me once, did a bad job, threatened to not deliver my carpet if I didn't pay beforehand and now blame me as a rude and difficult customer.
