Poor workmanship

Patio was build by Andrew Married d' Unieville ***ner) some 5 years ago in Rustenburg. Recently the ceiling collapsed. It exposed all his shortcuts. Branderings installed 1,2m apart and secured with wire around lipchannels. Wall crack opened - wall build in two sections and cement breaking apart at ceiling. Openings not closed off causing water seeping into cement.

This person did not adhere to STD building regulations. Smooth talker and very *****.
