Targer Realty Non-Responsiveness

Good day<br> <br> I have had poor service from Targer Realty.<br> <br> I was asked to mention the problems with the unit before moving in, a week after the lease agreement was in effect I moved in.<br> <br> I have still had the same issues that were not resolved with handy work.<br> <br> They have sent me poor handyman who has done incomplete work.<br> <br> I asked that they get me another handyman to resolve issues.<br> <br> The door handle that they fixed broke within a couple of months and there is still unresolved work that needs to be fixed.<br> <br> I have sent mails to realtor mentioning that these issues are not resolved and she told me that the landlord has to approve the costs.<br> <br> 6 months later after moving in I still have unresolved handy work, I have not received feedback from realtor to give me feedback on expected date of handywork being complete.<br> <br> Poor customer service.<br> <br> They have displayed a lack of urgency and professionalism in resolving issues of a tenant.<br>
