Vehicle Insurance Claims for Repairs DISASTER

Are you an unfortunate prospective client of a panelbeater? Already frustrated with your current situation of having to submit all the neccessary paperwork to your insurer & having the misfortune of a recent accident & even perhaps injuries & in need of a trustworthy & efficient auto body repair centre? Then take heed & avoid Targa Auto Body in Centurion at all cost. On what was initially estimated as a week's job, is still unfinished at week 6. To make matters worse - you never get the same answers from different people working on the vehicle & even messages sent to customers change radically from one day to the next. & then when you phone to complain about the inconsistencies of messages & progress updates, you are being told that they do not want to talk to you, as they do not talk to 2 parties in one family. Discovery Insurance is equally unhelpful to assist customers in such utterly useless service from Targa (who they have appointed as the preferred service provider). You only ever get to speak to different customer consultants & when asking to speak to Team Managers, they are busy & when you leave an URGENT message for them to contact you (with a message that you are going to post this matter on social media), you are just totally ignored. Well, hopefully they'll learn from this that there are people out there that keep their word. After all ..... how important are their clients to them. Why do companies always pride themselves on superior customer service & then when they have to put their money where their mouth is .... NOTHING!!!!!
