Tarek Elnashar will not refund incorrect parts! He keeps parts and money.

Tarek and Thelma Elnashar sell incorrect motor parts, in my case BMW parts. They then take back the incorrect parts promising a refund, but never does it. They have been trading as Motorspec. Also note several reviews for Motorspec with customers having had the same issues as I have.
