Bad Quality of Work

We accept a quotation from TARCO Tar and Paving contractors to Tar our Complex. The quality of their work are so bad and I won't recommend them to any other customer. After numerous complaints and unhappiness of some of the residents nothing is done to fix the mess. If anyone need references you can send me an email and I will show the quality of work.
