Horrible service

I went out too eat at the restuarant. I am a walk in and as i approach the restuarant i am told by the car gaurd that chris who i think is the manager has told him if no booking he cant let us in. Friends of ours came out saying theres loads of soace and while waiting outside chris says too car gaurd over intercom let us in of we are patient or they must stay outside!

I feel this is horrible service and shocking in ny regard!
