<p>Do not us SA Royal Deals - TAR PAVING CONTRACTORS PRETORIA EAST, TAR SURFACES MORELETA PARK to do any paving work. We are struggeling for 2 weeks after payment made to get them to do the paving. They have many excuses all the time. Eventually they pitch after a big struggle bud did messy work and left all the rubble at the site. The never pick up phones or answer sms's after payment received. Now we should spend money to fix this mess. Do not use them as a contractor because they do not deliver and run away with your money.</p>
