They say there's no cash refund

Hello Peter I'd like to get help, I made a laybuy at Tape now I don't want a laybuy the manager tried to make a plan so that I can get my money and now the Area manager he's denying it says there's no cash refund... And the worse part they want me to take something that I don't even like. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I've been waiting since in the morning now at 12h00 they telling me I won't be able to get my cash back.... At East Rand mall tape
