Tape..refusing with my 1500 rand
Tape is refusing to refund me my money they say they do not refund but exchange. They sell low quality clothes... I have returned them its been 3 months without my refund. I went to the store trying to use the voucher in Wonderpark and they the voucher only works online. They are a **** to anyone buying from the please stop buying there online

Your terms and condition infringes the rights of a consumer stipulated in The Consumer Protection Act.
Consumer Right No. 3: Right to Choose.
At this stage I cannot exercise the right to shop around for the best prices, goods and services. Because you are forcing me to shop in your shop only by not returning my money by giving me a gift card. I want nothing to do with Tape because the Jean you sold me did not fit me well it made me look like an old man and it was diffent from what I have seen. I kept the Tshirts they are both medium but their cut is different .... And after washing them they shrieked to small. I just wasted my money by buying those Tshirt as well.
Consumer Right No. 7: Right to Fair, Just and Reasonable Terms and Conditions.
When I bought those things online.... There was no window that pop up and forced me to read and accept the terms and conditions. I was made aware of these terms and conditions later after I bought the stuff and kindly requesting for a refund. According to the Act Suppliers are not permitted to require consumers to waive any rights, assume any obligations, waive any liability of the suppliers on terms that are unfair, unreasonable or unjust. Therefore my right to protection against unfair, unreasonable or unjust contract terms is being violated. Thus I herebyrefuse prohibited transactions, agreements, and terms or conditions because I was Mislead or deceived as consumer because by giving me a gift card you Require the me to forfeit any money to you. I have returned your Jean in its original package after fitting it and realized it's does not fit me well and after the experience I had with the store's items I have kept I'm not pleased.
I have worked very hard for that money and I want it back I cannot be held at ransom for the money I have worked for, I don't want a gift card I want my money period.
Please advice on the way forward so that I can seek other alternatives in time of getting my money back from you that I do not owe you.
