TAPE don’t want to give me my refund, I returned the shoes after 5 day in the Original packaging

TAPE WONT GIVE ME MY REFUND THE SHOES THAT I BOUGHT AND LAY-BYED ARE BIG My husband bought a shoe for and lay-byed another pair only to find out the the shoes were both big for me, then I asked to add the money for both shoes and get something else the said no I can’t do that, I then called the head office 3 times without them getting back to me, they now forcing me to buy from that stupid TAPE store.

I want nothing from that shop, all I want is my R1309.10, that’s all I’m asking for.
