I bought a clothing item online (Jean) but upon delivery, the size was discovered to be small after fitting. I called Tape Store in Nana Sita Street Pretoria CBD to assist but they rep**** saying they do not refund or exchange SALE items. I just need to change sizes not a refund. I’ve been buying online from this store but no sense of loyalty for customers. It’s obvious that online purchases could be bigger or smaller as there is no physical fittings prior to purchase so it’s only fair to exchange even under the specific policy. The item, tags still intact. I’d hate to stop buying from that store because of such a simple request they refuse to fulfill. What must I do with this size 30 now? Sell it on Facebook? I need a 32 and that’s it.
