DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE!!.. Especially the online store!

I live in a secure estate that requires one to have your cell and know your unit number in order to gain access, 2 couriers were somehow sent by tape to collect my return as they had all my details and I had no other orders or returns but theirs. The first courier called and was given access to collect my return for a refund/exchange, a picture was taken and all was good and well then i received another call for a collection of the very same item at my gate and i told the driver it was already collected. I reported this to the head office and was assured all will be fine as they most likely have 2 couriers in the area and i should not worry. Its been over 90 days and I've received squat.. I am being told that "somehow" another courier company got hold of my address dialed my number and was not supposed to have collected my package. It is now my fault that the package is lost and they refuse to give me a refund.
