Tape store at the Glen mall

I made a laybye at tape store at the Glen mall and I decided to cancel the laybye because I bought the same takkie somewhere cheaper then I went to the Glen tape and I was told that I can't cancel the laybye or do a refund and what's making me angry is that the laybye rule for cancellation wasn't stated anywhere in the receipt or black and white. They suck when it comes to customer service because I need my money back!
