Ducking and diving Tap Motors about aircon repairs

I bought a 2013 Porsche Cayene from Tap Motors for R330,000 plus R15,000 for two new tyres. I live in CT and asked a friend to view the car. It was delivered to him on Fri 6 Sept. The aircon did not work on delivery. I had to drive through the Karoo. Here I took the car to Coolco, not to Porsche because that would have been much more expensive. They had to fit a new aircon compressor for R21,500. I tried numerous times to call the salesman Daniel and his boss Owen. They never answer and never call me back. I handed it over to an attorney to sue them.
