Damaged my jacuzzi through negligence

Recently renovated property and the plumbing company mentioned was a sub contractor. The plumber on site damaged my Jacuzzi because of negligence and the company is now refusing to reimburse me.<br> Subsequently I have purchased a new bath at my expense and still await resolution.
