Horrific customer service for my elderly father who had phishing on his account

Horrific customer service for my elderly father who had phishing on his account. By clicking a *****ulent link in error, he is being charged R23k by MTN, and they literally don’t care and will not listen to explanations or anything. My father is 86 and the stress from this situation is affecting his health considerably. They don’t care he is a vulnerable client, and just want the money. We will NEVER support MTN ever again.
