No respect for boundaries
I don't know why Tanner Flooring is involved in erecting vibacrete walls. Be that as it may, my neighbour decided to replace the vibacrete wall between us, and appointed Tanner Flooring for the job. Charles was in charge. There was a pepper tree on our boundary, which had to be removed. As it appeared to be on my property, I offered to remove it. When we were attempting to remove the tree stump, I saw that the men were walking over and standing on the new blumbago plants I had planted. I expressed my concern, as I am growing a hedge. I had a well-established hedge, spanning more than two-thirds of the wall, and new plants to complete the hedge. Charles was very aggressive.
I was told the plants would grow. I removed them and kept them in a safe place, for my peace of mind and theirs. To my dismay, they dug a trench on my property, and dug out approximately 2 meters of hedge!! Surely the trench should have been on my neighbour's side? I did not want a higher wall: I am growing a hedge. How on earth is it supposed to grow back? They dug a large portion of hedge out, roots and all!! Charles did not instruct the men to be careful with my hedge. It appears he instructed them to dig the trench on my property. I find his attitude and work ethic totally unacceptable. It will probably take a year for the hedge to grow back. As I am trying to sell my house, I am not impressed!!
