I paid 1200 fot french curls they send their hair dresser with a cheap hair piece which im even paying for.. The hair looked old from the time she finished i tried to contact them to re_do my hair. They told me the hair is supposed to be like that i should just put mousse on it the hair dresser did what i wanted but the picture i showed them its not what the hair dresser who was Lungile did.. Even herself she knows the hair is bad. The fact that they are saying the hair is the reason.. But they are the ones that bought the hair i only choose the color because they didn't have the one i want. So if you are thinking of using them at your own risk after paying so much money they blame the hair which is theirs. Nd don't want to take accountability for thier action still they wont Re_do my hair i even choose something way cheaper and easy. They are even refusing to refund my money.
