NO DELIVERY OF ITEM ORDERED ONLINE
since taking my money 5 days ago, and promising delivery within 3 days, i have had no reply to any emails, voicemails, nor any updates. i had a product specific query which has also remained unanswered. Order #34621

16 Oct 2020, 21:59this was rectified the next day by a wonderful new member of the team Joandre who explained that moving premises had caused the breakdown in communication, and sent my item (with a free gift!) the day after.
