Excellent, personalized customer service

I ordered an Ipad cover on Tangled.co.za, which was promptly delivered but then didn't fit my Ipad, as there are different models within the specific sizing. Juliette then personally contacted me, apologized and made special arrangements for the Ipad cover to be collected. The next business day I not only received the correct Ipad cover, but she had included two special gifts! They really go out of their way to not only satisfy their clients, but go above and beyond what is expected. The gifts were even the same colour as my Ipad cover which was a really nice personal touch. I will definitely order again from them in future and I was pleasantly surprised by the effort they made to include personal touches in my product choices. Thank you so much Tangled! Also worth noting is that they achieved all this in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic where most businesses were working from home.
