**** Brazilian blow waves

<p>I had such a terrible experience at tangled hair studio in midrand, I made an appointment for a Brazilian blow as I've had it done plenty of times before , this time around I was told I need to do extra treatments for the Brazilian and I agreed , after sitting for over two hours my hair was the same as it was before the Brazilian, and they tried to justify it by saying "my curls were too tight so maybe that's why it didn't catch" and they still had the nerve to charge me the full price ... I am highly upset</p>
