Terrible service / no delivery

Terrible service!! I order a cover for my ipad on the 23rd Sep with the promise of deliver within 1-2 days. Still waiting for my delivery over a week later? I have emailed them and no response. I even tried to phoned them and they claim they can't answer a phone due to COVID (order#34514). My last resort will be to dispute the money they took me from my bank.
