AWFUL SERVICE

My order was placed and paid for on Saturday 05 June. I received the confirmation thereof immediately - order # 35378. I have emailed twice and called numerous times to check on the progress of the order after being promised 1-3 days delivery time. There’s no response to either. I’m very frustrated!!! How can I get this sorted?
