No access after full payment

<p>On 20 Nov 2016 we paid R3200 to Mike Rossi to stay at the Tangleberry Cottage in Elgin from 4-6 Dec 2016 (2 Nights). Mike Rossi confirmed that he received the payment and that our booking has been made. <br /><br />Mike Rossi said the keys to the house is in a safe and that he would send us the code for the safe so that we could get into the cottage. <br /><br />On 4 Dec 2016 we drove to the Tangleberry Cottage and arrived there at 18:35. We sms'ed Mike Rossi as soon as we arrived so that he could give us the code, but he did not reply. We then phoned him 12 times, but he did not answer his phone. Mike Rossi eventually sms'ed us at 19:54 and gave us the code, but we already left as it was getting dark and we needed to find a place to stay as we could not get into Tangleberry Cottage. <br /><br />At 20:45 Mike sms'ed us and said unfortunately we can't refund you as per the terms on our website. We ended up losing R3200. <br /><br />I am writing this review in the hope that other people do not also end up losing their hard earned money and their dream holiday.</p>
