Terrible service 🤮

Morning I’m typing this message with a broken heart. The service I have received from both Lindy Kutoane and Jolene van Der Walt it’s terrible 😞. These two they don’t practice treating customers fairly they are actually abusing their power and lazy to do their job. Last year I moved in, in Tangelo place based in Midrand and there were other tenants in the house by then. I had to help those tenants to move out and guess what the walls were so dirty written with pens, the kitchen cupboards were a mess ( badly damaged), bed room doors were not working, one of the bed room that have a toilet with no window it’s a mess ( all the walls were written with pen, the top roof and the entire toilet walls were damaged due to mould that resulted from hot water ).

I was advised to report the matter and I did exactly that, unfortunately no maintenance was done. I stayed more months up until I decided to leave the place due to my health reasons (the place was making me sick). Now I have requested my deposit plus my R1000 that was paid to them just before moving in. Guess what they don’t communicate with me anymore ( I have sent several mails to them directly and I have made calls as well with no assistance). Please assist further, failure to assist I will definitely escalate the matter for special attention.
