our car is not fixed. no response from the dealer

My name is Zamile Nzimande, my wife's name is Nombuso Nzimande. My wife and I bought a SUV Mazda CX-7 in October. 2 weeks later the car was making noise from engine compartment. 1 day later after they had fixed it, an engine light came on. I was told to take the car to a Ford dealership for diagnostic purposes. I emailed Tangawizi the report but they have not responded or fixed the car to date. I phoned to confirm if they received my report and I was told they did. Till to date they have not responded.
