I called in last week Thursday to book my car for an Ariel fitting, fog light and wiper blades. I was given Tues to be there at 07:30, i was there at 07:20 and only left at 08:05, i asked if they can have my vehicle ready by 14:00, was told nope i was suppose to be there much earlier, the earliest they can do is 15:00. Fine, at 15:01 i get a call from my sales lady telling me, they do not have fog light globes in stock, ok fine. I am fuming already that the call wasn't them telling me they will pick me up, but they will only start now with the vehicle which i needed at 14:00. At 15:04, they call again saying even the Aerial base needs to be order they do not have in stock, so i spent the whole day with no vehicle and nothing was done to the vehicle. Really someone needs to do their job more thoroughly. The service and incompetency is at another level. It is now 15:28 and still waiting to be picked up.
