Bad customer servive from vashni Naidoo

I took my renault kwid at tangawiz in richards bay last Thursday because it had a problem with the ignition. They diagnosed the car and decided to stuck a key inside the ignition, after that no update of what is going on with my car. Ive waiting since warranty authorise for the part to be ordered since from last week yet ive been told that my warranty has been suspended because i brought my car for service few months later after a year has passed. I came be for, but vashni Naidoo advised me to come after 10k kilometere for service. Im using public transport because my car is stuck at tangawiz in richards bay. Ive been planning to buy a new car but the service i just recieved is poor.
